My name is Aarin Bindlish. I am Vice President of my school’s BPA chapter, state-qualified in multiple BPA events, and a Torch Point Ambassador. I plan on elevating our state in three crucial steps. Those steps are facilitating opportunities for our members to discover internships, utilizing BPA’s resources to coordinate help for our great state during these taxing times, and establishing open communication with all chapter leaders in the state to ensure everyone has a voice at the state level. With the implementation of this plan, I am confident we can significantly ameliorate BPA Texas!
I emulate Benjamin Franklin’s words that “experience is the best teacher.” My experiences as the CEO of Groundify, a social startup, make me a qualified candidate for a BPA State Officer. My goal is to pay forward what BPA has provided to me by equipping members with opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed. I aim to contribute to the preparation of global professionals, and I will do so through my B.P.A. Plan: Better networking, Promoting high standards, and abundant resources. Guided by my experiences, I will effectively execute the role of BPA State Officer and lead my peers by example.
I am excited to have the opportunity to run for a State Office and represent the ideals of a club that I love so much. BPA has helped me branch out and learn skills that continue to help me be my very best. After watching and learning from my many BPA role models, I now feel I am ready to take the next step and be a role model for future members. I will do everything I can to promote this club in a positive way and help change the way students see the business world through involvement in BPA.
If elected as a State Officer for Business Professionals of America, I am determined to complete my tasks that are put before me to the best of my ability. I possess the necessary skills to be an effective State Officer. My strength in communicating with others has helped me to enjoy speaking before large audiences. My dedication and passion for BPA to drive me to better this organization for our members. In the meeting new people and working with diverse backgrounds as a regional president, I have gained new friendship and perspectives on how to collaborate with teams that benefit everyone involved.
Communication. Communication is key to conveying ideas, messages, and knowledge, and yet there seems to be a large distance between each party in Business Professionals of America. In my first year partaking in BPA, I noticed this issue amongst members, officers and advisors, both returning and new. I plan to go beyond the expected roles of an officer and push our traditional organization to modernity. Implementing technologically-based applications nationwide, especially amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, can bridge the gap between members, provide additional resources, and prepare a broader generation of global professionals beyond my years of service.
My name is Ivanna Gonzalez Lozano, and it is a privilege to say that I am interested in applying for a State Officer Position in the BPA organization. I believe that with my past leadership experience, integrity, passion, and strong values, I have developed a strong foundation to lead Texas BPA. With me on the Officer team, I will strive to make this organization an even more efficient workplace for students and motivate my peers to crack open their shells and expand their horizons, while also working to provide an enjoyable and safe environment.
I have grown up loving BPA. In fact, ever since my first State Conference, it has been my dream to serve on a State Officer team. Well, that dream became a reality at the 2020 SLC closing ceremony, when I, Jaclynn Schwander, was sworn in as the next secondary Vice President. This year I am running again, and I bring with me even more passion, commitment, and dedication to help all members get from where they are to where they could be. Allow me, once again, to help you find and fulfill your own dreams and discover your beautiful Swan within!
My name is Jose Jimenez and I’m honored to be a candidate for the Texas State Officer Team.
BPA has taught me important skills such as teamwork, leadership, service, and above all, to envision, empower, and ignite my future. As a member, I’ve had the privilege of participating in community services and a plethora of other events and activities that have given me a clear vision of what an exemplary BPA scholar should be. Texas Delegation, let’s work together to turn this vision in a reality. Vote Jose Jimenez, the guy who will take action to ensure your satisfaction.
As a candidate for our State Officer Team, I am honored and excited at the prospect of
continuing the work of past officers to operate and grow Texas Business Professionals of America. Through BPA, I have gained confidence and experience in problem-solving, public speaking, and leadership and have applied these skills to other aspects of my life. As Vice President, I run recruitment campaigns, manage all social media channels, promote monthly service projects, keep record of Torch Award endeavors, and encourage and mentor members on their path to success. If elected, these will serve as my pillars as a State Officer.
